Her Song is interrupting the cycle of human trafficking and leading the exploited to freedom through survivor care, victim outreach, and education. Her Song envisions a world where every girl is free. Free to live. Free to achieve her dreams and goals. Free to go to school. Free from harm and abuse. Free from the snare of traffickers.

Rethreaded started with a simple idea and a strong passion from its founder, Kristin Keen. She began by forming relationships with women on the street and making prison visits, and realized that the greatest need was for a safe, supportive work environment where the women could earn money while learning a skill and experiencing continued healing through community. Working in partnership with the City Rescue Mission of Jacksonville, Rethreaded hired its first full-time employee in November 2012.

Both of these organizations are so amazing and have so much to give to our community, we hope you will come to listen to what they have to say, and maybe buy an item or two from the pop-up shop hosted by ReThreaded following the presentation.
