Research suggests that every 20 years or so, a new generation of young people emerges. These students often share common characteristics and historical experiences. The Millennial students are now our colleagues, and Gen Z has arrived on campus.

Join us for an overview of the research on Gen Z college students and a discussion on how we can adapt our teaching and learning practices. Plus -- you might be the lucky winner of a free copy of Corey Seemiller and Meghan Grace's Generation Z Goes to College

This is a hybrid event, so come in person to the OFE's new faculty lounge (Building 1, Room 1401) or attend via Zoom.

  • Facilitators: Dr. Amy Lorenz, Associate Director of Housing and Residence Life; and Dr. Gordon Rakita, Distinguished Professor of Anthropology and AVP of Faculty Excellence
