The UNF Engineering Department’s summer research experience is seeking undergraduate students to participate in a six-week interdisciplinary, hands-on research learning opportunity.

The program is funded by the National Institutes of Health and is centered around project teams solving real world problems to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. Participants will attend lectures given by experts in the fields of assistive technology design and biomedical research, rehabilitation medicine, engineering, ethics and government policy.

The summer research opportunity provides a stipend of $3,000 for undergraduate students who participate in the six-week research opportunity. You must be a U.S. citizen to receive the stipend. Interested students must apply via the online application listed. The application deadline is: June 11, 2021.
