The Florida Data Science for Social Good (FL-DSSG) program blends data science and technology design to inform and solve important social problems in Florida. The DSSG program is an intensive, 12-week summer internship. Students are placed on multidisciplinary teams and matched with mentors to address real-world problems for our clients. The FL-DSSG program is designed to train and strengthen the data scientist workforce pipeline. We are supporting 4 nonprofit projects and 9 interns during the 2026 summer internship.
