DESCRIPTION:The Fall 2025 "Archives and Memory" speaker series will conclud
 e with two events in the Special Collections Reading Room in the Thomas G.
  Carpenter Library: \n \n\nNoon to 1:00 p.m. -  Amelia Dixon\, archives sp
 ecialist with the Clay County Archives\, will present the talk "Connecting
  Citizens with Local History through Government Records."  \n\n \n\n1:15 p
 .m. - 2:30 p.m -  Students in IDH1923 Publishing Local Archives Online wil
 l present posters about the work they have done this semester with the pro
 ject Editing the Eartha M.M. White Collection. This research exhibit will 
 also feature a demo of the Eartha M.M. White VR Experience produced by the
  Eartha M.M. White Museum\, UNF Special Collections and University Archive
 s\, and the UNF Virtual Learning Center. \n\n \n\nThe "Archives and Memory
 " speaker series is presented by the Hicks Honors College in partnership w
 ith the Department of History\, the Department of English\, the Digital Hu
 manities Institute\, and the Carpenter Library.
