Hypnosis allows you to access the subconscious mind to change and improve your feelings, thoughts, and actions. This workshop explores what hypnosis is and how it works. You experience hypnosis yourself through two hypnosis sessions. In the first session, you concentrate on increasing your feelings of well-being, energy, and confidence. In the second, you choose a personal positive change, as specific or general as you want, to work towards. The sessions are conducted in such a way that no personal information needs to be given in the group. 2 sessions.
