The full board meets four times per year, and each committee meets a minimum of four times per year. All 2026-27 board meetings may be virtual, in-person at MOCA Jacksonville, or a combination of the two (hybrid). Reach out in advance of each meeting if the format is not clear or indicated at the website listed below.

Committee Meetings, Wed. Sept. 2, 2026

Governance Committee: 10:45 - 11:45 a.m.

Finance Committee: 12:00 – 1:15 p.m.

Collection and Exhibitions Committee: 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.

Development Committee: 2:45 - 3:45 p.m.

Education Committee: 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
