Jacob Tanchak, a School of Computing graduate student, will defend his Master’s thesis titled, "Topology Aware Graph Attention Structure-Based Protein Function Prediction.” The theis is advised by Dr. Anirban Ghosh and Dr. Indika Kahanda.
