Dr. Gerry Pinto of Jacksonville University will share information on the mantees living in our St. Johns river. Dr. Pinto has been conducting aerial surveys of manatees for over tenty years. Come out for an amazing talk on these wonderful creatures.

Science on Tap- JAX is a free and open-to-the-public monthly science speaker series creating deeper conversation and understanding of topics relevant to the Jacksonville community that anyone can enjoy. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a pre-talk mix and mingle. The presentation starts at 7:00 p.m. with a question and answer session to follow.
