Join Ogier Gardens staff for the annual shiitake mushroom log inoculation. This is a hands on workshop where we learn about edible mushroom production and assist in inoculating logs for the Ogier Gardens with shiitake mycelium. We'll work until we're finished, so feel free to drop by late.
