Strength and Stretch

This is a past event.

This class incorporates interval strength training of the entire body, with emphasis on stretching the body parts worked. Expect around 30 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of flexibility/mobility. Classes are free to UNF students, full-time faculty & staff, and Student Wellness Complex members. A valid Osprey 1Card must be scanned for entry.
