Challenge yourself for 30 minutes with both high intensity training and traditional strength training. These high intensity intervals will get your heart pumping and body sweating, and the strength segments will isolate individual muscles for a toned, lean physique.
The Student Wellness Complex offers a wide variety of group fitness classes to meet all fitness levels and interests. If you enjoy the group atmosphere, there is a class waiting for you. Classes are free to UNF students, full-time faculty & staff, and Student Wellness Complex members. A valid Osprey1Card must be scanned at the Member Services desk for entry.
