We are pleased to announce the last Virtual Health & Vitality 30-minute Lunchtime Chat for Spring semester. Melissa C. La Manna, MS, LMHC from the counseling center will present on Managing Stress and Preparing Effectively for Important Events. This presentation will cover strategies for managing stress, maintaining mental clarity, and enhancing focus to improve overall performance. It will also include practical tips on how to prepare effectively, set achievable goals, and stay organized. Attendees will gain valuable insights on how to balance their personal well-being with the demands of upcoming challenges, while learning methods to reduce anxiety and boost productivity.
