We are pleased to announce our next Virtual Health & Vitality 30-minute Lunchtime Chat for March. Seanna Aker, RN, who is dedicated to promoting the importance of sleep, will be discussing the impact of sleep deprivation on academic and professional performance. She will also share practical tips and strategies to help you adjust to the annual time change and create an effective sleep routine to enhance your health and well-being. The presentation will be about 15 minutes followed by a Q &A.
