The WPC Teaching Symposium offers a space where theory meets practice, where colleagues work together to co-create and re-invent pedagogical practices. This year's theme is Alternative Essays: Transgressing Traditional Approaches to the Teaching of Writing. Presentations will focus on assignments and activities that teach college essay writing habits in ways that do not rely on the traditional college research essay.
